What the labels mean
Initial research pending: a lead has not yet been investigated. Needs follow-up: sources were searched, but evidence was missing, outdated or conflicting. This is not a completed verification. Details checked: sourced facts have been reviewed; missing or conflicting fields remain listed. Temporarily closed: a source reports a closure, and reopening needs confirmation.
Website checks are not telephone confirmations. FBO lists may be partial. No restaurant ratings or reviews are copied from other sites.

How we assign $–$$$$
We use a representative main dish from a published menu. Lunch and dinner may differ. Older posted menus and online-ordering prices are identified in the listing. If evidence is missing, the price stays pending.
All 50 states, tracked separately
Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan come first. Every other state remains in the nationwide queue. A research pass can leave open questions; it does not certify an airport or business.

The research queue is saved
Each candidate retains its original ID, dated evidence, published listing ID, and unresolved questions. Separate airport tasks track FBOs, dining, lodging, camping and activities. Progress changes when a researched batch is published; this page does not run unattended research.
